Yummy Smoothie Dinner

Around 4 pm I got hungry :)

I made a Green Action Smoothie
1 mango
1/2 pint (1 cup) raspberries
3 handfuls greens of your choice (I has spinach)
1 cup of water

Directions: In Blender
Blend mangoes with water, add raspberries and greens, and blend until smooth. 

It made a LOT of smoothie.  Filled two 16 oz cups.  There was more than I could drink at one time.  The kids didn't want to try it as it didn't smell yummy.  My daughter finally did try it and said it might be better cold.  David wouldn't try it at all.  He said it looked dirty.  But he did have a lot of fun helping me blend everything.  :)

The kids are resting munching on carrots.  We started our walk but David tripped and skinned his knees and hands and wanted to rest a bit before going back outside.  He's all cleaned up with transformers bandaids feeling better.  :)
