Day 3 and still kicking :)

Happy to report all is well today.  Feeling a bit grumpy but thinking it's from the lack of sleep last night. 
I fell asleep at 9 and was sleeping really well but had forgotten to remove my wrist weights before going to bed.  I woke up around 11pm in a LOT of pain.  Removed my weights and I had really bruised up my right wrist as I had been sleeping on it. 

I'll not be wearing them today as my wrist still hurts quite a bit. 

After I woke up, my moving around woke up my daughter, so I wasn't able to go back to sleep till much later.  I don't like to go to sleep when the kids are awake.

I did get a total of 8 hours and 10 minutes of sleep at 80% Efficiency but I'm am still tired and feeling a bit blah and grumpy this morning.  I"m looking forward to the day when I can get 8 hours of sleep all at one time again :)

At this point I really would recamend everyone trying this diet for the 7 days.  It really seems to get your body in the fat burning mode and it's really really nice for me to not have food cravings.
My daughter told me yesterday my behind is getting smaller.  :)  Later in the day she said my thighs are getting smaller.  :)  I can't see it, but it makes me happy to know someone can. :)

Last night I had a really bad dream... I had eaten a chicken breast and then was really beating myself up over not being able to stick to a special diet for just 7 days.  When I woke enough to realize it was just a dream I went back to sleep and fixed it to where I made it through the 7 days and had great success.  :)
I'm not hungry so I'm waiting on breakfast like the diet says to.  'Eat when hungry not just because it's time to eat'
Guess that's about it for this morning.

Oh!  I almost forgot...My weight is down 1 pound today from yesterday and it all came from fat.  My total weight now is 196.6 . 
Once I reach 182 I will be going off of my body fat % and not my weight.  I would like to get it down to 23% without losing any of the muscle I currently have and actually building more muscle.  I'm not sure just what the weight will be as the programs on the computer say it could be anywhere from 130 to 150 pounds.
My current bodyfat % is 41.9% which is down from 49.6% in January.
