Yummy Lunch

I finally got hungry.  Not real hungry but enough that I had lunch.

I didn't eat the breakfast on the diet but rather made up my own following the guidelines in the diet.

My son helped me make a drink in the blender with
broccoli, cilantro, tomatoes, celery, carrots, and water.

It was yummy and filled me up!

Both kids tried it and sid it was good :)

Now off to tackle the rest of my day :)

  1. Oh I'm going to try this! In the a.m. I have a horrible time eating anything - I tend to do smoothies and such - gonna give this a whirl (haha pun intended).
